AI works as HR administrative

  1. I believe some part of HR functions can be improved using AI which is benefited for both the employers and employees. How ever always there will be areas that AI won't be able to replicate as humans do; creative work for example. With the modern findings, AI is not capable of being creative thus, humans will always prevail in that area. Interesting and timely topic to study and discuss. Good article!

  3. The same scenario came in when introducing computers too. It was believed that job opportunities for humans may be reduced with the innovation of computers, but what happened was vice_versa. I think when introducing AI also need for HR may further increased in new areas though it will replace HR in some areas.

    1. we cannot offer full replacement of AI to industries but using AI as a administrative we can reduce many emotional effects like fave rations, time management and energy. But this is not like inventing computers its relay differ innovations that influence human resource direly coz very sooner AI will develop and adjust it self.

  7. Every HR has to go through a lot of effort to shortlist applicants. After that, HR has to review their resumes and push the candidates through the following processes like preparing the reporting reminders and scheduling interviews. With the help of AI, these administrative tasks can be automated which will not only make the recruitment process faster but more convenient.
