HOW CAN DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY RISK BE MITIGATED

HR data privacy poses a major number of challenges for AI introduction and development. Protecting employee's data awareness is the most important fact, and appropriate governance guidelines need to be set up while dealing with AI. Such rules and guidelines should address not only the overall technical and data inputting process but also include the legal and ethical issues. The organization must get proper certification to avoid the additional issues due to the complexities of AI and the training data involved.becasue some instant it may not appear to individuals that their data is being used. If the employee trust fades out company runs the business smoothly.

To avoid this kind of impact management can act as follow,

01Providing privacy note
The employee should be advised by the management of why their data needs to be used for the AI solutions to facilitate desired results. security departments should have policies in place to make it clear to employees what data is permissible and not permissible to collect AI solutions.

02.The chat boat solutions
Chat boat solutions should not store any personal pieces of information or confidential information. f there were any confidential pieces of information to share it should share on a very secure internet protocol.

03.Training Data storage
Training data should be secure in a machine and should limit the access and try to avoid taking HR PII information from the employees.

04. keep software up to date
should ensure all the data collection machines were up to date. t can mitigate some sort of cyber attack and data stolen risk.

05. Implement multifunctions Authentications.

06. Install anti-virus software and back up critical data

The human resource department should only release authorized information to employees during the AI process. Companies need to make sure they have appropriate controls in HUMAN RESOURCE data. If it's not it will guide the company in the wrong way.
