21st Century Robotics and the Impact on HR Management

Technology advances that have come a long way than we expected, where we are today now? Still, cars cannot autopilot if not it can fly throughout between to urban buildings. As some of us used to believe films like Back to Future.
In the future, our main discussion topics will not be political/religion etc, surely it would become artificial intelligence, robots, unemployment.AI/robotics and digitalization will open a new way of doors that we would never imagine before.

There will be a debate in the future is that AI or robots wipe out jobs? We cannot identify a specific sector that this can happen. But history has shown us new technological transformation has created some new job opportunities. But according to the social experimentalists in 2030 we will plug into a global employment crisis

In a new, theme park in Japan, a hotel going to open with fully automated robotics staff and later they hope to expand this to fully operated by robots without human power.

      



AI that no longer just production chain or just machine it becomes part of the companies and part of the workforce, in this case, human power and laborer force automatically discourage and management very keen to do this kind of transformation because when concerning the long-time profit.
Here are some advantages that automated company counts

·        Consistency
·        Perfection
·        Happier employees
·        Productivity  


According  to my view AI and human resources will be and conflicting objects in the future.AI will take over the labor force then unemployment battle will begin.

    The augmentation of human capabilities and;
    The amplification of human functions.

  5. Asian countries associated organisation basically use robotics for their production. They don't need wages, pay increases, increment, or health care just needed to replace the old parts to new ones. Robotics is the most popular employee of the 21st century.
