IF AI ACTS AS HR MANAGER-RECRUITMENTS
One of the biggest
benefits that AI can offer when hiring employees can identify the most suitable
candidate for the company.
Ai can interview the candidates very perfectly in the first
stage of the recruitment process. Not like a basic interview if the interview
conducted by a human there can be a lot of errors like vise wrong data
recognitions and humans favorers. But if when Ai comes into the process it can
perform a preliminary analysis of candidates and instantly can cross-check
his/her declared skills. For example, the robot can ask all kind of basic
questions about age, location, experience, education, etc
This greatly fasten up the recruitment process—when there are
thousands of applicants for a single opening, sifting through all the submitted
resume can be very time-consuming. AI, on the other hand, can do it in a
fraction of the time it would take humans

tool for eliminating bias, we would be millionaires by now. - Sohraab Joshi

it is correct. AI can be use for the interview process. But will that be a successful selection process ?
ReplyDeleteAI is without a doubt, the next phase of human evolution. But im not pretty sure of how the AI technology is going to understand each and every factor such as emotional and social factors when conducting a work such as an interview.
ReplyDeleteMy personal view is AI base interview process is to be further develop to implement
ReplyDeleteHuman Resource (HR) managers often view their job as dealing with people. They believe that in order to do it well, they must know people, read emotional cues, and respond with empathy. Therefore, they conclude, should artificial intelligence (AI) put jobs at risk, they’ll be the ones delivering bad news, not receiving it.
ReplyDeleteUnder HR AI dealing with Information related matters. When considering Sri Lanka most of the business venture done by employees in face to face basis except production or manufacturing services. Country like Sri Lanka needed more time and adaptation for further development.
